AI Receptionist Disclosure

When you call one of our business phone numbers (706-739-5767 or 864-635-4914), your call is initially answered by our AI Receptionist — an automated voice system designed to qualify your inquiry, route urgent matters to a human, and schedule a Pattern Call if appropriate.

You will be notified at the start of the call that:

  • You are speaking with an automated assistant
  • The call may be recorded for quality, training, and knowledge base purposes
  • You may request a human at any time by saying “speak to a human” or describing an urgent situation (active incident, ransomware, board call, regulatory matter)

The AI Receptionist routes calls to Jason LaClair or other Consilium principals based on the nature of your inquiry. If you do not want to interact with the automated system, you may end the call and email Sales@consiliumsolutionsllc.com instead. Call recordings are retained for service delivery, quality assurance, and the improvement of our system. Recordings are not shared outside Consilium and our authorized service providers.
