About Consilium Solutions
Trusted judgment.
Governed support.
Disciplined follow-through.
Consilium helps leaders reduce risk, make better decisions, and improve operations where technology, operations, data, and risk meet.
Who We Are
Consilium Solutions helps leaders make defensible decisions where strategy, operations, and risk intersect. We treat data, process, and risk as operational systems that leaders can govern and continuously improve.
Our approach turns complexity into clear, actionable insight that teams can execute and measure. By combining experienced judgment with disciplined operational methods, we help leaders focus on what truly matters, support decisions with decision-grade evidence, and manage risk without turning the business into a compliance machine.

Our History
Consilium Solutions traces its roots to the 1990s with Carl Douglas and Associates in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where our founders developed analytics tools and process-improvement solutions for manufacturing and textile companies. That experience reinforced a lasting insight: organizations rarely need more data—they need reliable insight tied to the processes and risks that drive outcomes.
Following significant market disruptions in the early 2000s, our founder transitioned into public service, gaining two decades of operational leadership experience in high-stakes military environments.
Today, Consilium Solutions operates as a South Carolina-based LLC (formed in 2020) and registered in South Carolina in 2025. The firm is rooted in the leadership experience of its two principals, both service-disabled combat veterans. Consilium intends to pursue designation as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
Consilium Solutions works with organizations operating under high decision pressure that need clarity, discipline, and operational resilience. We focus primarily on lower-middle maturity organizations, typically with 50 to 500 employees, that face growing operational complexity and data sprawl but lack the bandwidth or neutral guidance to regain control.
Who We Serve
Our core geographic footprint includes South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and North Georgia. We also deliver remotely where fit, trust, and working cadence are clear.
